What We Manage

• Vendor Sourcing & Management: Curating your team of creative partners, managing proposals and contracts, and overseeing vendor communication.
• Planning & Logistics: Managing timelines, venue requirements, rentals, floor plans, and all operational details.
• Design Direction & Development: Establishing a cohesive aesthetic and collaborating with creative partners to bring your vision to life.
• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Coordinating accommodations, transportation, and guest logistics.
